RFD Pro incorporates a powerful, template driven, document production engine that automatically produces the documents you require with a single click of the mouse.
Documents are produced as high quality, industry standard PDF's and can be set to automatically incorporate your company letterhead and footer if required. Integrated e-mail functionality allows you to instantly send a copy of purchase orders and sales receipts to suppliers and customers. Additionally, the system can be set to automatically e-mail Form 11's to police forces that accept them. RFD Pro also allows you to instantly produce a variety of Customizable Reports. These can be viewed on screen or output in CSV format (Microsoft Excel). Reports currently supported include:
