Q. What Internet Connection do I require?
A. Any internet connection will allow you to use RFD Pro but a broadband connection is recommended.

Q. What happens if my internet connection goes down?
A. Most internet connections are now extremely reliable but if this is a concern, we recommend using a modem / router that automatically switches to a secondary connection (standard dial-up, ISDN or 3G). Please contact us for further information.

Q. Can I access RFD Pro via my internet enabled phone?
A. Yes.

Q. I already use a software package, can you import my existing data into RFD Pro?
A. We have developed a number of tools that allow us to do this. Please contact us for further details.

Q. I want to include photos of my guns and products, is this possible?
A. Yes. When you add a gun you are given the option of adding photos. Alternatively photos can be added later via the gun record.

Q. Which version of RFD pro is most suited to my need?
A. We recommend the Lite Version if you just sell guns and ammunition from a single premises.

Q. I need to access the software from more than one computer in my shop, is this possible?
A. Yes. You can access RFD Pro from as many computers as you wish at the same time (subject to License)

Q. I have more than one shop. Can I link them with RFD Pro?
A. Yes the full version of RFD Pro allows multiple shops to be linked.

Q. I already have EPOS hardware, can I use this with RFD Pro
A. Almost Certainly. Please contact us with the full details of your existing hardware.

Q. Can I advertise on other gun sites
A. Yes, we do not restrict who you can advertise with and can even provide an electronic feed to prevent you advertising gun data twice. Please contact us for further information.

Q. I would like to advertise accessories and other products on UK Gunroom, can I do this?
A. We will be launching this feature shortly.

Q. Will you continue to develop RFD Pro?
A. Yes. We are currently working on Version 2.
