We have achieved this in the following ways:

• All data sent from or to our servers is encrypted using 256 bit SSL certificates.
• Our servers are protected by industry standard Cisco security appliances (firewalls).
• Users require Client ID, username and password to access the system.
• User Access can be limited to a specific IP Address.
• Administrators can customize the menus that each RFD Pro user can access.
• All log-in attempts are monitored and the the corresponding IP addresses logged.

All data is backed up to additional servers in a secondary location over a secure link every twenty four hours.
