In addition, we provide a number of ways for users to gain assistance with any issue that they need help with:
- User Manual: every copy of RFD Pro comes with a comprehensive user manual.
- Online Help: RFD Pro has an integrated, searchable online help system that provides detailed information on using all aspects of the system.
- Extranet and E-mail Support: All RFD Pro clients are provided with access to a dedicated online support system. Support requests can be submitted and tracked via this system.
- Telephone Support: This is provided Monday to Friday 9 - 5 via a dedicated support number.
